Cluster Workshops: PARTICIPATION

Widespread participation is vital to the success of the
Career Clusters development project.

No registration fee
Breakfast and lunch provided
All expenses should be advanced by your institution
An honorarium will be disbursed to non–Dallas County Community College (DCCCD) participants
Mileage reimbursed to DCCCD participants

Throughout the 16 career cluster workshops, we are looking for a diverse group of faculty, staff and administrators with an awareness and/or interest in one or more of the following:

Successful partnerships with secondary institutions
Comprehensive knowledge of career pathways and the Department of Education's 16 Career Clusters
Development of CTE programs that focus on foundational and career skills not just job training
Establishment of an aligned statewide system that provides opportunities for lifelong learning
